  8. Prepare ginger garlic
  9. Make ready tandoori masala
  10. Take curd

Instructions to make Tandoori Chicken in Kadai:
  1. For first Marination: Take chicken pieces wash and make incision on them n. Now add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Rub well and set aside for 15 mins.
  2. For Second Marination: Apply color on chicken skin. Rub it nicely for an even color. Now add ginger garlic, curd, red chilli powder, garam masala and tandoori masala. Run really well so the masalas get well incorporated into the chicken.
  3. Coat all the masala very well. Keep aside for minimum 2-3 hours.
  4. Now add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salted butter,once the kadhai is moderately hot and add the chicken into it. Allow to cook on low flame. Cover the pan
  5. Once it gets tender. Cook on high flame for the chicken to get charred little. Be careful not to burn it. Dish it out on a plate.
  6. Er. For the smoky flavor- Heat a charcoal put into a small container. Add a tsp oil, immediately cover the bowl for all the smoke to get trapped.Serve with lemon and coriander.
