The ingredients needed to make Noodle veggie and chicken:
  1. Take INGREDIENTS
  2. Make ready 1 Mixed Vegetables ( carrots, peas, beans, etc)
  3. Take 2 packages Noodles
  4. Prepare 1 olive oil or regular canola oil
  5. Make ready 1 Apples ( To keep it balanced)
  6. Make ready 1 Chicken (Any part)
  7. Make ready 2 Eggs

Then the ginger and the garlic. Add them into a medium saucepan on a medium heat. Give it a quick stir and add the chicken. We're not using any oil here so it's important to keep things moving.

Instructions to make Noodle veggie and chicken:
  1. Boil the noodles as instructed on the pack alongside it's spices.
  2. Fry or cook your chicken part to your satisfaction
  3. Let the boiled noodle simmer for 2 minutes, then add the beaten eggs into the boiled noodles and stir until it's entirely sticky
  4. Add oil into a pan and let it heat a bit, then add the sticky noodles into the pan and keep stirring to fry.
  5. Add your mixed vegetables into the frying noodles and eggs and stir evenly. Make sure the stove isn't too hot but moderately low.
  6. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes on the stove while on low heat.
  7. Chop your apples and serve with the Cooked or fried chicken and ENJOY..

Give it a quick stir and add the chicken. We're not using any oil here so it's important to keep things moving. This vegetarian chicken noodle soup taste just like the real thing - but it's meatless! This might not be chicken noodle soup that your grandma makes it, but it's pretty darn close. I also used the Quorn veggie chicken breasts instead of tofu.
