- Take out pie crust, turn to 300°F
- Pour custard through mesh sieve , whisk again the pour into pie crust
- Oven bake for 30 minutes 300°F
- Till wobbly in center, cool for hour
- Before serving add two tablespoons of sugar, broil in oven for 2-3 minutes
