The ingredients needed to make Rava Dhokla:
  1. Take 1 cup rava
  2. Take 1/2 cup dahi/curd
  3. Take 1 tsp grated ginger
  4. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp lemon
  7. Get 1 sachet eno
  8. Make ready 1 tsp oil
  9. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Take 2 whole green chilli
  11. Prepare 7-8 Few curry leaves
  12. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Get as needed Coriander for garnishing
Instructions to make Rava Dhokla:
  1. Add rava into a bowl, mix with dahi and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes add ginger, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add little water if the batter is thick.
  3. Now steam a steamer. Grease a tin or plate with oil. Add fruit salt into batter and mix. Pour into tin and steam for 7 minutes on high flame and for 3 minutes on medium flame.
  4. For tempering add ghee into a pan. Add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. Turn off flame. Pour tempering onto dhokla. Garnish with coriander and red chilli powder.
