What kind of toppings are great on chili? I love loading up my chili with all kinds of toppings! Sliced avocado, chopped green onion, and diced red onion are my personal favorites. If you're not avoiding dairy I recommend a dollop of sour cream or a sprinkle of shredded cheddar.

Instructions to make Burrito filling/Nacho topping:
  1. Brown ground chuck drain any grease
  2. Transfer meat to a slowcooker, add remaining ingredients and cook on high 6 hours.
  3. Works as a filling for burritos and i added cheese in the end. Monterey Jack. And i topped burritos with verde sauce and cheddar cheese. Also good topping for nachos.

Vegan tacos could not be any simpler than these, made with a quick and easy seasoned chickpea filling and ready for any toppings you choose. My taco seasoning mix had corn starch in it so I needed extra water. This is a great filling for burritos or to top nachos.
