  6. Place meat on the smoker then flip and rotate as necessary until desired doneness this takes a few hours just maintain the heat at 180-200 degrees Fahrenheit
  7. Occasionally throw in some wet wood chips on the fire for good smoke flavor I used apple
  8. When done take out the meat and place in a covered container to rest
  9. You can add your favorite sauce but I'm telling you you don't need any !!
