  1. Take 250 gm boneless chicken
  2. Take 2 eggs
  3. Prepare 2 slice brown bread
  4. Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Prepare 1 bowl curd
  6. Take 1 tbsp butter
  7. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Take 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  10. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  13. Make ready as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Healthy breakfast platter:
  1. For masala chicken dry
  2. First marinate chicken. For marination take a bowl and add chicken to it. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric, salt, chat masala, pepper powder, garam masala powder, 1 tbsp curd and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients together and rest for 15 mins
  3. Now take a non-stick pan and heat it.. Take 2 egg and drop one by one into pan carefully.close the lid and cook for 7-8 mins. Now sprinkle some salt pepper powder and chat masala on top of it
  4. Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp butter to it..and add marinated chicken and cook on high flame for 10 to 15 mins. And take it out in a plate.
  5. Masala dry and egg are ready. Place them in a plate. Take bread slice and cut in triangle shape and take 1 bowl curd and enjoy this supar healthy and nutritious breakfast.
