- Add canned corn (you can use fresh boiled sweet corn). Mix and cook for 3 mins.
- Add cream and mix, add in salt and pepper to taste then mix in chili powder. Let it simmer for 5 mins WITH occasional mixing.
- Garnish with green onion. Serve with your favorite steak or barbecue and enjoy.
