  4. Make a hole using a spoon and crack the egg directly into it. Spoon a bit of the tomato mixture over the whites to help contain the egg. Repeat with the remaining eggs.
  5. Cook until the eggs are ready, which will take about 7 minutes. Take of the stove, top with crumbled feta and chopped parsley. Serve with fresh bread.
