  3. Stir dressing well before drizzling over steak as main accompaniment for one or as side dish for up to four with chips, potatoes etc.

It is off the chain delicious! We love to serve chimichurri spooned over grilled strip steak, but it's also great with sirloin, flank, or your favorite cut of beef.
