Steps to make Drumstick Aloo Sabzi:
  1. Boil drumstick with lil haldi, salt & water for 5-7 min. Strain it, keep aside.
  2. Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
  3. Add kalonji, Jeera, methi & saunf, let it splutter.
  4. Add onion, stir fry it till light brown.
  5. Now add ginger & garlic grated, sauté it for a while.
  6. Now add all powdered masala, add lil water also, give a stir. Add salt also.
  7. Now add aloo pcs, stir it for a minute. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till aloo is almost cooked.
  8. Add tomato & drumstick, give a stir, cover it again, cook it till tomato becomes tender at low flame.
  9. Open the lid, increase the flame, cook it till a lil dry.
  10. Switch off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  11. Have it with Roti or Paratha.
