  3. In a pan add the chicken breast cut in pieces, add 1/2 cup water, knorr seasoning, salt & pepper and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add the yogurt, soya milk, dried oregano, cheese and stir. I also added some corn starch, to make it less watery. Transfer this mixture into the pot with the pasta and mix. Enjoy!!

To serve, drain penne and broccoli; arrange on serving platter. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. The broccoli is cooked with olive oil and garlic slowly until it breaks down into a soft, flavorful pasta topping. Don't expect crisp, bright green broccoli in this delicious sauce.
