  2. Prepare 1/2 cup maida/All purpose flour

  7. Prepare 1 cup mix veggies(spinach,peas, cabbage, capsicum)
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Prepare 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Take 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Get 2 tbsp oil
  13. Prepare For paste
  14. Make ready 2-3 tbsp cornflour
  15. Take 4-5 tbsp water
  16. Prepare Garnishing
  17. Get 1 tbsp grated cheese
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Instructions to make Veggies Spring Roll:
  1. For dough in a bowl add all ingredients and knead a dough. Let the dough rest for 10-15min.
  2. For Filling. In a pan add oil as oil heats add veggies. Saute it for 2min. Add ginger garlic paste, add black pepper powder, add mayonnaise mix them together saute it for 5min then turn off the gas.
  3. For paste. Mix cornflour and water and make a paste. Now make small balls from the dough. Roll the ball by dusting maida like we roll for roti but this should be very very thin.
  4. In a centre of the roti. Add 1tbsp above filling prepared. Apply cornflour paste on all sides of the roti. Fold the two sides first then Wrap it like a roll. As shown in the pic.
  5. Refrigerator the ready roll for 20-30min.
  6. After 30min grease the plate with the oil keep the rolls in it add a drop of oil on every oil and steam them for atleast 10-15min. Garnish them with cheese and sauce and serve hot.
