  3. Cover leave to rise in a warm place for 45min
  4. Knead the dough well on a lovely floured work surface shape into 2 balls and roll each
  5. Place the flatbread on the greased baking sheet cover and leave to rise for 15min
  6. Brush the flatbread with water prick all over with a fork sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake for 15-20min at 250"c/480'f/Gas mark 10 oven
