  1. Take 2 cups Wheat Flour
  2. Take Water as required
  3. Take Salt
  4. Get For aloo ki tarkari
  5. Make ready 2 Potatoes peeled and cut in cubes
  6. Prepare pinch Kalongi
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  8. Take pinch Haldi
  9. Prepare Salt as per taste
  10. Get 1 cup Water
  11. Make ready 2 tsp Imli ka pulp
Instructions to make Healthy breakfast:
  1. Mix flour and salt than add water gradually to make a soft dough.
  2. Take small tough roll it through rolling pin than fry it with ghee. Four parathas will be made with this quantity of flour.
  3. For aloo ki tarkari: Take wok add water,cub potatoes,chilli flakes,salt,haldi mix all thing bring it to boil than cover the lid.
  4. When the potatoes are soft Mixed imli pulp than check the consistency if it become little thick mashed some potatoes and its ready.
  5. Serve and enjoy
