- put the heavy whipping cream and half & half. let boil. stir often
- add the cheese slices when its boiling. stir often
- add your salt & pepper and let it cook on low while you make your noodles. when the sauce thickens, it will be done. if it doesn't thicken quick enough, mix flour and water together to make a pastey consistency, and add while stirring quickly.
