  2. Heat oil in a wok / kadhai on full heat and add hing
  3. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to start popping
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add cumin seeds and they should sizzle immediately
  5. Add minced ginger (from main section) and wait for about 30 seconds for its fragrance to be unleashed
  6. Add onions and fry on medium heat until they turn pink
  7. Add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and haldi and mix well
  8. After 1 minute add tomatoes and salt and fry until the tomatoes are cooked (ooze out a little oil)
  9. Add garam masala and amchoor powder and mix for 1 minute
  10. Lower heat to minimum and add the diced bread and adjust salt to taste
  11. Add chopped cilantro and lenon juice and stir lightly for 1 minute
  12. Turn off heat, add sugar, stir and cover
  13. After about 1 minute your dish is ready to be served
