  6. Fry your rice till it’s dry-ish and there’s steam coming from it.
  7. (Use a non stick pot. Using anything else will ruin your rice.)
  8. When your rice is giving off good enough steam, add your curry and a dash of thyme. Turn together.
  9. When your rice has the rich greenish colour you like, add your condements.
  10. Stir.
  11. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  12. Voila!
