The ingredients needed to make Shakshouka:
  1. Get 4 Eggs
  2. Prepare 2 Onion
  3. Make ready 1 big Tomato
  4. Make ready half cup Chicken boneless
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Make ready Salt as per taste
  8. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. Get 1 pinch Thyme
  10. Make ready 1 pinch Oregano
  11. Prepare 3-4 Green chilli
  12. Get 2-3 tbsp Oil
  13. Prepare Olives (Green &black) for garnishing
  14. Prepare 2 tsp Soya sauce
  15. Get 1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp Ketchup
Steps to make Shakshouka:
  1. First of all arrange all ingredients.
  2. Chop the onion,tomato, coriander and green chillies.
  3. Measure the spices and separately break the eggs.
  4. Now everything is aligned to go into the pan step by step.
  5. Put oil in pan…add chopped onion..and saute it…until it becomes translucent.
  6. Cook for few mins..then add chicken and saute it…
  7. Ounce chicken is cooked..add tomatoes n mix well.
  8. Next add all the spices n sauces.
  9. Mix well,add little water and cook for 10-12 mins.until all the things gets softened…cover the lid..cook until oil separates.
  10. Then make wells in the pan and pour eggs individually.
  11. Garnish it with olives,green chillies,coriander leaves,thyme &oregano…
  12. Cover the lid on low flame for 1-2 mins until eggs are cooked.
  13. Shakshouka is ready…you can dish it out or can serve in pan directly…voila….
