  1. Prepare 2 lbs Peeled and de-veined shrimp
  2. Take 1 lb Andouille sausage
  3. Prepare 1 pkg Frozen corn nibblers (Green Giant)
  4. Get 12 Red potatoes
  5. Get 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  6. Make ready 1 stick Butter
  7. Prepare to taste Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
  8. Take Dipping sauce:
  9. Prepare 1/2 stick Melted butter
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  11. Get 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt

Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil - Easiest shrimp boil ever! And it's mess-free using a single sheet pan. No big messy pots to clean up either. Just toss everything together in a foil packet and done!

Instructions to make Oven Shrimp Boil:
  1. Line a large casserole dish with foil, add cut ingredients plus shrimp
  2. Cut frozen corn into 2 in wide pieces, cut Andouille sausage into 1 inch pieces, cut red potatoes into 1 inch chunks (you can leave the peel on).
  3. Add Olive oil and Tony's seasoning to taste (I use a lot) and toss ingredients. Place pats of butter on top of mixed ingredients and cover with foil.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours
  5. For Dipping sauce, melt butter in microwave about 90 seconds. Then mix in other ingredients. Put back in microwave for another 30 seconds to marry seasonings.
  6. Serve, dip, enjoy!

No big messy pots to clean up either. Just toss everything together in a foil packet and done! Love a good shrimp boil, but hate the clean-up? Remove from oven and garnish with chopped. The beautiful thing about shrimp is that, even if you're starting from frozen, they don't take but a few minutes to cook.
