4. Then add chopped spinach.. and let it cook for 5 min.
5. Then add parmesan cheese and mix it well.
6. Turn of the heat
7. Take cleaned mushrooms, make sure to remove its stem and clean it from inside as well
8. Stuff the spinach mixture inside the Mushrooms
9. Heat the pan and add some butter.when butter gets hot put all the stuff mushroom inside the pan.
10. Put mozzarella cheese on top of each mushroom and cover the pan.let it cook on medium heat
11. The cheese will start to melt.when mushroom gets cooked properly and cheese turn golden brown then turn of the heat and serve it hot.
12. Add oregano and chili flacks if needed.
