  5. Stir drained macaroni into cheese sauce to coat. Then divide macaroni between two 9x13 baking dishes.
  6. Crush potato chips and mix with monterey jack & parmesan cheese. Top the macaroni with potato chip mixture evenly. Spray the potato chip mixture with just a little bit of butter flavored cooking spray.
  7. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and sauce is bubbling.
