- In a pan take 2 tsp oil, add in onions, tomatoes, chilli powder 1/2 tsp, ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp and whole spice powder and fry until soft, then blend well until puree is formed.
- Pour the puree in pan add in katori methi,l butter and cream cook for 2 minutes and in chicken.. cook for 5 more minutes.. butter chicken is ready.. decor with lemon,chillies,green coriander serve with rita roti
