  5. Now take a grill pan and add in oil. Wait until the oil becomes hot.Then add the fish and the skin should be on the top. Cook for 6 to 7 mins on medium heat.
  6. Then cook the skin side for 4 to 5 mins. Then cook the sides for 3 mins each side.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
