  1. Remove the brocoli from freezer and reserve.
  2. Cook the rice until you hear it pop as a pop corn.

  11. Slice the zucchini and grill both sides until it starts to get brown.
  12. Add the frozen precooked brocoli.
  13. Add the rest of the veggies but reserve the tomatoes.
  14. Add salsa as you'd like, mix everything evenly and tap.
  15. When the onions begin to get transparent add the tomatoes and mix evenly.
  16. Turn of the heat and tap for at least 5 min before serving.
  17. Serve it with rice of your preference and a fresh salad or even pasta.
