- Pour puree in desired container. And let it set in the fridge..
- Heat milk until almost to boil. Remove from heat. Beat egg with sugar and flour until smooth. Pour hot milk on egg mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, simmer and add vanilla. Let it cool.
- Pour custard over mango puree. Let it set in the fridge.
