  1. Wash and clean the chicken with lemon and Turmeric powder.pat dry the chicken and give a cut here and there.so the masala will go deep inside
  2. In a bowl add curd turmeric powder tandoori masala garam masala chilli powder pepper powder oil ginger garlic paste and mix well
  3. Now apply the paste to the chicken in and out
  4. Now refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 40 minutes
  5. Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes.then place the chicken and cook for 40 minutes or as required(.my oven setting : 220°C, 40 minutes).squeeze lemon and serve hot
