Hello everybody, it’s me again, Dan, welcome to our recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, chicken tandoori. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Chicken Tandoori is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Chicken Tandoori is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Chicken Tandoori:
  1. Prepare leg pieces of chicken,
  2. Prepare hung curd,
  3. Take salt,
  4. Make ready piece lemon,
  5. Get black pepper powder,
  6. Prepare kashmiri red chilli powder,
  7. Prepare butter
  8. Make ready ginger-garlic paste,
  9. Take red chilli powder
  10. Take garam masala
  11. Take White oil,
  12. Take mustard oil,
  13. Make ready charcoal,
  14. Prepare chat masala
Instructions to make Chicken Tandoori:
  1. Clean the chicken leg pieces. Make some pockets in it by a knife.
  2. Marinate with salt,lemon juice,black pepper powder, kashmiri red chilli powder for 15 mins.
  3. In a bowl take hung curd,ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt,mustard oil. Mix them well.
  4. Take another bowl and put the chicken pieces. Add the masala with the chicken pieces well. Put it in a fridge for 4-5 hours.
  5. After 5 hours, put the bowl outside the fridge and make it normal. Heat a tawa and a kadai with 1tsp white and a little bit of butter. Place 2 chicken pieces on each.
  6. In medium flame cook it. Flip it to cook both sides well.
  7. Burn a charcoal in a flame.
  8. Place a bowl in between the leg pieces. Put the charcoal in the bowl,add little oil. Cover the pan with lid for 2 mins to get smoky flavour.
  9. Remove the lid. Place a rack on the burner,brush oil on it. Place the half roasted chicken pieces. Roast both sides in a medium flame for 2 mins.
  10. Now it is ready to serve with salad,green sauce and red sauce. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
