  3. Add 1 finely chopped tomato. Saute for 2 min. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt and saute again for 2 to 3 min.
  4. When mixture starts leaving oil add 1 glass of warm water.
  5. Cook for 5 min. Add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
  6. Add boiled and cut eggs and cook for 5 min.
  7. Egg curry is ready to serve.

Then when you are ready to eat it, simply boil the eggs, thaw and heat the gravy, add the eggs and you're good to go.
