  1. Mix water with yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the starter, flour, salt and honey. Mix with a wooden spoon till well combined. Cover with a damp cloth and let it sit for 30mins.
  2. Oil a baking tin and dust with flour. Mix down the dough and Put in the tin and let it rise again for 30mins
  3. Preheat oven to 300°f as it rises. Sprinkle oil and press down the dough using your fingers then bake for 20-25mins. Let cool for 10mins before transferring to a cooling rack.

The dough will rise in the bowl and have holes in it. Only five minutes of hands-on time will yield a delicious, crusty, bakery-style loaf of bread. A long, slow rise builds flavor and texture so all you have to do is pop it in your Dutch oven. This is the best No Knead Bread Recipe out there!
