The croissants were light, flaky and tastes great. I used a little more flour as well used pastry four instead of all-purpose. It made them a little more lighter. I cheated too and made the dough in the bread maker.

  2. Soft dough bnani ha like pizza dough.ab Butter add kar ke knead karein.for 10 min. phir cover kar ke 1 hour ke liye rakh De.
  3. Surface per maida dust karein.dough ko fold karein.1 roll bana le or 15 ya 16 part me divide karein,gol gol pere bana le.
  4. Ab in ki roti bail le.or baking tray me 1 roti rakhe us pe meltad butter lagaye us ke upper dusri roti rakhe or butter lagaye isi Tara sari rotio pe butter laga le or oper niche rakh le.is ko cover kar ke fridge me rakh de.
  5. 1 hour ke baad fridge se nikale, surface pe maida dust karein or roti ko bail le,is ki motai half inch Tak rakhni ha is se Kam kerna ap ki marzi but zyada ni honi chaye.
  6. Ab is roti me cut lagaye ke triangles bne,ye 16 triangles bne he.ab in ko fold ghuma ke croissant ki shape de le.in ko baking tray me rakhe.
  7. Ab brush se melted butter lagaye,10 min ke baad egg wash karein.or180 degrees pre heated oven me 20 min Tak bake karein.
  8. Oven se Nikal ke wire rack pe rakhe.or serve karein tea ke sath ya juice ke sath.
