  4. Using an immersion blender, Blend until it is a smooth puree. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of 10% cream to achieve desired consistency.

Roasted carrots, cook together with aromatics like garlic and fresh ginger and couple of warm Mediterranean spices. Heat olive oil in a heavy pot over medium heat.
