  39. Make ready 3 tbsp Lemon
  40. Get Salt to taste
  41. Take 1 tsp Black pepper

  5. Bring it to boil.cover and cook on medium flame until tender.
  6. Prepare tarka: in a heating pan add ghee amd onion.fry until golden brown.
  7. For kachoomar salad: chop onion, cumcumber, tomato, green chilli and coriander.add them in a bowl,sprinkle salt and add lemon juice.mix well
  8. For rice: in a pot add 3 tbp oil and 1/4 cup sliced onion.fry until it starts to turn golden brown.
  9. Now add water and salt.when the salt is dissolved add rice and cook on high flame until water dries out.
  10. Now put on dum. cover and cook on low flame until rice are done.
  11. For fish: marinate fish with the above-mentioned ingredients.
  12. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and done.
