- Take a fry pan. Add butter. Let it melt.Add maida and give it a quick mix so that no lump is formed. Keep stirring it. While stirring add little milk to it.
- Keep adding milk and stirring it well. Give it a nice mix until it becomes a nice paste. Once it’s done add corns to it. Add the cheese cubes and let it melt completely. Add fresh cream and mix well.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder. Mix everything well and cook for 3 mins. Serve hot. (Oregano and chilli flakes can be added at last)
