Steps to make Easy Eggs Benedict:
  1. English Muffins & Crunchy Bacon:
  2. Slice the English muffins in half and set aside until use.
  3. Cook 4 slices of crunchy bacon and set aside until use.
  4. Poached Egg:
  5. Add one egg to a coffee cup.
  6. Pour a half cup of water into the coffee cup to cover the egg.
  7. Microwave for 50 seconds or until the egg has solidified.
  8. Drain the water and place the egg on a kitchen towel. Set aside until use.
  9. Repeat the same operation for the second poached egg.
  10. Easy Hollandaise Sauce:
  11. Add the egg yolks and mayonnaise to a medium mixing bowl and whisk well.
  12. Pour the melted butter into the mixture and whisk well
  13. Add a splash of lemon juice and whisk well (as you like).
  14. Assembly:
  15. Place the 2 slices of crunchy bacon on the pieces of English muffin.
  16. Place the poached egg on top.
  17. Pour the hollandaise sauce over the egg and sprinkle with black pepper.
  18. Decorate as you like. Enjoy!
