  17. Take to taste Salt

  19. Make ready As required Nachos chips
  20. Make ready as needed Cracker biscuits
  21. Prepare optional You can serve potato chips as well
Instructions to make Indian Cheese Fondue:
  1. Ingredients required- Boiled potato, Broccoli, Bell peppers (Yellow, Green or Red), Pav or French bread.
  2. Heat a pan add 1tsp butter, 1tsp oregano and toss the boiled potato for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Repeat the above step for bell peppers and broccoli. You can add a pinch of salt while tossing bell peppers and broccoli.
  4. Similarly cut the pav in cubes and toss it in oregano and butter.
  5. For Cheese Fondue - Heat a pan add 2tbsp butter, 1tbsp all-purpose flour and sauté it.
  6. Now add 2 cups milk in batches and keep stirring. It will get thicken. At this stage add cheese slices and mix well.
  7. Now add 1 tsp oregano, 1tsp chilli flakes and salt to taste. You can also add Mozzarella and processed cheese and mix well and adjust the consistency with some more milk.
  8. Our cheese fondue is ready to serve. You can add more veggies and chips. I have served it with broccoli, bell peppers, potatoes, pav nachos & cracker biscuits.
