The ingredients needed to make Mint(Pudina) kebab:
  1. Get Mint pakora:::
  2. Make ready ½ bunch Mint Leaves -
  3. Take 1 cup Chana dal - - soaked and drained
  4. Prepare 4 Green chillies -
  5. Get 1 inch Ginger -
  6. Prepare 1/2 lime Lime - juice of
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds -
  9. Get 3 tbsp Rice Flour -
  10. Take to taste Salt -
  11. Take 1 tsp Chilli powder - (optional)
  12. Make ready ½ tsp Chaat masala - (optional)
Steps to make Mint(Pudina) kebab:
  1. Soak chanadal for at least 4-5 hrs or overnight. Then Drain and keep aside.
  2. Grind the chanadal coarsely without adding any water.
  3. Make a paste of the Ginger & green chillies and mix it to the ground chanadal.
  4. Add rice flour, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, chopped mint leaves, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
  5. Make round tiny balls of the above mixture. Keep it ready and set aside.
  6. Heat the Appe pan, brush each mould with oil and Put the prepared balls/ kebabs in it.
  7. Cook on medium flame till they are golden brown in colour.
  8. Serve hot with some tomato ketchup / green chutney and a hot cup of masala chai.
