Chimichurri is made with a mixture of fresh minced parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, and olive oil. This is a great Argentinean marinade or sauce.   4. Ready to use!
  5. Refrigerate in mason jars (up to 2 weeks) or freeze in ice cubes (up to 3 months).
