  4. Add in broth and whisk till smooth. Heat over med heat until bubbly, about 15 min
  5. Turn off heat, stir in greek yogurt and chilis. When sauce is ready pour over enchiladas.
  6. Top with remaining 1/2 c cheese
  7. Bake 22 minutes. Then 3 minutes on broil

The filling ingredients are cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese and green chile enchilada sauce. I usually buy a rotisserie chicken and use the breast or thigh meat for this recipe.
