  1. Prepare 2 cups moringa leaves (washed & drained)
  2. Take 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Make ready 3-4 green chillies
  4. Get 3-4 garlic pods
  5. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Get 1/2 cup moong dal soaked(soak dal for 1/2 hour)
  8. Take as per taste Salt
  9. Take as required Oil
Instructions to make Drumstick leaves dry Sabji / Moringa:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and sauté on a medium flame. Add chopped onion and fry till it gets translucent.
  2. Now add chopped green chilli alone with garlic and sauté for a min.
  3. At this point add drumstick leaves/ moringa leaves along with soaked moong dal salt and mix well.
  4. Now add 1/2 cup water and mix well, cover with the lid and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 mins or till the leaves get properly cooked. Sabji is ready to serve with rice dal and chapati.
