Milk makes this chicken sopas version rich and creamy. I am using evaporated milk for this recipe. Alternative ingredients for this type of milk includes fresh milk, powdered milk mixed in water, and whipping cream.

The ingredients needed to make Sopas:
  1. Prepare 1/8 cube butter
  2. Get 2 tbsp Cooking oil

  6. Serve with Puto (Optional)
