  2. Take chana dal
  3. Make ready jaggery

Steps to make Baked Payassam Fruity Delight:
  1. Wash chana dal and rice thoroughly under clean drinking water.
  2. Soak chana dal and rice for about 6-7 hours in separate bowl.
  3. Blend this chana dal and rice together into a fine paste. This paste will come out in the form of custard sauce.
  4. Now take a pan. Add jaggery, cardamom powder, almonds and raisins and little amount of milk to melt the jaggery.
  5. Now keep on stirring till jaggery melts and then add milk and keep on stirring on medium flame.
  6. Now add rice and chana dal batter (custard sauce) and keep on stirring on low flame.. soon our mixture thickens into a Yummylicious texture and flavourful taste.
  7. Now we will arrange our baking dish to bake this payassam to completely set.
  8. Firstly in a baking dish we will arrange the bread layer by glazing it with 2 tsp honey.
  9. Now on this layer we will arrange fruits layer of chopped apple and pineapple.
  10. Third layer of payassam which will completely cover the fruits layer. Now preheat oven at 160 c for 5 minutes.
  11. Arrange this baking dish in preheated oven at 15 minutes to bake.
  12. Our baked payassam with little crust is ready to be served in bowls by garnish with chopped fruits, cherries and sprinkles..
