  14. Make ready 5-6 Bread slice
  15. Take as required Potato masala
  16. Take 1 bowl Curd
  17. Prepare 3-4 tsp green chutney
  18. Make ready 3-4 tamarind chutney
  19. Get 1 tomato chopped
  20. Get 1 onion chopped
  21. Take as requried Coriander leaf chopped
  22. Make ready as required Bhujiya sev
  23. Get as requried Salt
  24. Take as per taste Jeera powder
  25. Get As required Oil for frying
Steps to make Bread Roll Chat:
  1. First mix all ingredients from the Roll stuffing section. Just taste once if anything is required please add salt or chili.
  2. Now take one bread slice and dip in water and quickly squeeze it and place potato masala in the center and cover masala with bread and make a ball. (Sorry I don't have in between pic)
  3. Deep-fry rolls until it turns golden brown.
  4. Cut them and pour curd, both the chutney.
  5. Garnish with sprout moong, chana, tomato onion, coriander leaf, green chili, and bhujiya sev.
