  8. Make ready 3 cup shredded mozzarella (more or less for desired consistency)

  1. heat butter on stove
  2. while butter melts drain artichoke hearts and cut into pieces.
  3. add to pot with melted butter and cook for a minute or two
  4. add onion powder garlic salt and garlic powder (I don't ever measure, add to taste)
  5. pour in Alfredo sauce and let simmer stirring occasionally
  6. once Alfredo sauce is simmering add in frozen spinach stir until spinach is defrosted and incorporated well with sauce
  7. return to simmer then add desired amount of cheese. mix until melted.
  8. serve warm with tostadas (corn chips) or warm tortillas. hope you enjoy my easy but good dip!

Our spinach dip calls for frozen spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. To flavor, we add garlic (and lots of it!), lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
