Kung pao chicken, the popular Chinese takeout dish of stir-fried chicken, peanuts and vegetables, is traditionally made with lots of specialty ingredients, like Sichuan peppercorns, Chinese black vinegar, Chinese rice wine, and whole dried red chilies. Add onions, garlic, red pepper and ginger to skillet. Combine vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in small bowl. Stir until chicken is well coated.

  1. oil in a pan. put in prepare spicy sauce,slices of ginger garlic and leek. stir fry couple of times and add boiled chicken pieces.
  2. chicken leg is more tender than breast. chop chicken legs into proper size then boil these pieces for 5 minutes because boil water can kill bacteria and also remove some blood.
  3. keep stirfrying and add some soy sauce and sugar. fry untill chicken is almost well done then add peanuts and chopped garlic.
  4. if you prefer,you can add chopped leek or spring onion before turning off gas.

Combine vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in small bowl. Stir until chicken is well coated. Boneless chicken breasts tossed in a Chinese inspired marinade, then pan-fried until crispy with bell peppers, spicy chili peppers, peanuts, and the most delicious sweet, spicy, and tangy Kung Pao sauce. Serve this saucy Kung Pao chicken over steamed rice with plenty of green onions. This easy dinner comes together in minutes and is so delicious.
