  1. Take 3 cups milk
  2. Prepare 2 apple
  3. Take 14-15 dates
  4. Make ready 7 cashews
  5. Get 11 almonds
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
Steps to make Apple Dates and Dry Fruits Smoothie:
  1. Take any date of your choice I prefer using quite wet dates because it's easy to grind. deseed it and chop it into 7-8 pieces. Take cashews and almonds in the above-mentioned quantity. You can even take more or less depending on your taste and like.
  2. Take 2 apple wash and peel it then chop them roughly this will help in easy grinding. Take 3 cups of full cream milk. Try to use full cream milk for better taste.
  3. This mouthwatering healthy and delicious drink is made with only these five Ingredients.
  4. In a mixer grinder jar add the chopped dates along with cashews and almonds. Add 3-4 tbsp milk and grind. It will first grind roughly but as we will grind later along with apples and some more milk it will become smooth. Add half apples and half milk and grind again.
  5. After grinding for 2 minutes add the remaining apples and milk and grind it to a fine and smooth paste. Then add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder to it and grind again. Now cinnamon powder is totally optional but it enhances the taste of the smoothie as apple and cinnamon are called made in heaven match.
  6. When it becomes smooth off the grinder you can see the frothiness of the smoothie later transfer it to a serving glass and enjoy as it is or garnishes it with some chopped almonds and cashews.
  7. In summers keep it in the refrigerator to cool down than have it or you can even keep it in ice-cream molds or ice cube trays and keep in the freezer and enjoy it as ice cream. Enjoy with your friends and family the way you like. - Happy Cooking 😊
