Instructions to make My Tuna Salad:
  1. In a medium pot boil 2 large eggs.
  2. Add drained tuna to bowl and gently break up large chunks.
  3. Add eggs, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, onion, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and/or optional dill, celery seed, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Gently stir everything together and serve in a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad. Or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!

My sister Anna was the genius behind this recipe and called me to share. This tuna salad is quick and easy to make, and it keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days. I use plain Greek yogurt in my tuna salad recipe. You can use mayonnaise instead, if you prefer. Tuna salad is one of my favorite healthy lunches.
