  6. Fill your r vegetable steamer with water to your mark
  7. Add ginger, lemon juice, Bay leaves, garlic cloves
  8. Bring to boil
  9. Reduce heat to simmer
  10. Add your steamer and Artichoke
  11. Put lid on
  12. Simmer 30 to 55 minutes, until bottom is soft
