  4. Ab ak pan mein oil daal kar gram Karein or usme jeera, ajwain, heeng daal kar 1 min ko sauté Karein phir ginger, green chilli daal kar sauté Karein. Ab usme sare masale or ubali hui buji daal kar ache se mix Karein.
  5. Ab buji Ji low flame par 15-20 tak bhune.
  6. Jab bhurji ache se bhun jae to gas band kar de. Burji tayaar.
  7. App isme boil Allu bi daal sakte hai mess karke. Allu ko bhurji ke sath daal kar hi bhun le.
  8. App bhurji ke stuffed paratha ya phir sandwich bi bana sakte hai.
