  18. Prepare 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes
  19. Make ready 1 pound whole green beans
  20. Prepare 1 pound chopped broccoli
  21. Prepare 1 large carrot cubed
  22. Make ready 2 medium cucumbers diced
  23. Prepare to taste salt
  24. Take 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice

  26. Get 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  27. Make ready 1/3 cup tomato paste

  29. Take splash red wine vinegar per serving, optional
Instructions to make Soup:
  1. Fry the chicken in the oil, season well
  2. When the chicken is half done, add the ground beef and its seasonings, along with the onions.
  3. Add carrots it will take a bit of time to cook raw carrots
  4. Simmer till all the meat is done. Add the vegetables, except cucumbers, and its seasonings. Break up the tomatoes a bit cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Now add the cucumbers.
  5. Add the parmesan cheese and tomato paste. Stir in well and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
